Today you get a bonus picture. I love how the whole mood of the picture changes just by changing the placement of the light and the scarf. Completely different.

I had a huge scare today I put my camera up on my tripod to take my picture. Then I turned around to grab my flash and I heard the worst sound any photographer could ever hear. The sound of a tripod crashing to the ground. I freaked! Thankfully nothing is broken. My flash transmitter is cracked but everything else seems to be fine.

Today you get two pictures because I like them both lol. Most of the time even if I like two I will pick one that I like better. Today I just gave it and posted both :)

This is a double exposure. Just like in the old days of film when you could double expose a picture you can still do it in digital it just takes a little more patience lol (and a steady finger as you have to hold down the shutter button through the whole thing)

My seven year old helped me with this one. We did one of him first to practice the technique.

PRIDE

I couldn't come up with something creative for this shot and it was getting me really frustrated. I tried a bunch of different poses and then my husband handed me this glass to use. I really like how it turned out. I love the shadow on my chin and cheek. 

Hubby wanted to get in on the action today too ;) So here is a little bonus treat for you.

I love him and his sense of humor. It doesn't hurt that he's smokin hot either ;)
